Fixation Fibre & Function creates handmade and hand-dyed products. Due to the nature of these items, many products are final sale. Please review the specific categories below.
Hand-Dyed Yarn
All hand-dyed yarn is final sale.
Colour variations, tonal shifts, and speckling differences are normal for small-batch fibre. These are not considered defects.
Bags, Pouches, and Handmade Accessories
All bags and sewn items are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect upon arrival.
If you receive an item with a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Custom Orders
Custom-dyed yarn, custom bags, custom sizes, or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Order Errors or Damaged Items
If an order arrives incorrect or damaged, customers must contact Fixation Fibre & Function within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered processing.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled after work has begun.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available due to the limited-run and one-of-a-kind nature of products.
Returns Due to Address Errors
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
